Once installed you will need to activate the iPad register. To do this launch the Register then enter the following

Backoffice Host: This is the name your store ( if it's mystore.shopkeepapp.com you'd enter mystore)

Register #: The number of your register which is most likely: 1

Manager First Name: This is the first name you signed up with and it is case sensitive

Manager Sign-In: This is the last 4 digits of the phone number you used to sign up (unless you have changed it in the BackOffice). IMPORTANT! Once activated you will use this same Sign In number to log into the Register.
