Does the Shopify Order information come into ShopKeep?

No not yet.  Our current release only updates the quantity on hand of a particular item that has been fulfilled at Shopify. This means that ShopKeep will not currently show sales information for items sold on your Shopify site so you will need to manage those sales separately in terms of reporting.  We plan to add do more on this front in the next release of the integration.

I just fulfilled an order on Shopify but it has not updated the quantity on hand in ShopKeep what is wrong?

ShopKeep will pull inventory updates from Shopify.com every 30 mins.  If you want to speed this up you can change it on the Shopify settings in your ShopKeep Backoffice.  The smallest interval you can set is 10 minutes.
