Here is a sample copy of the Returned Items Export file you can download in the reports section of your BackOffice account. This file includes specific information about the items in each return transaction. 

Most of the categories in this file are the same as the Returns Export sample and Sold Items Export sample. Here are some of the Returned Items Export file's special features:

Return Record ID - An automatically assigned number created for each return transaction. Multiple items returned in a single transaction will have the same Return Record ID number.

Return Date - The day and time the returned was processed.

Total Price - The Unit Price of each item multiplied by the Quantity returned.

Total - The Total Price minus any Discount. Essentially, this is the final amount returned to the customer for each item.
