If your printer is not printing and or if it is printing but is printing too small we need to make a change to a preference file for the register.  To do that go to this directory:

1.  Close the ShopKeep register by clicking the red X on the upper left corner.

2. go to this directory:  [User Name]/Library/Application Support/Shopkeep/Profiles

3. In that directory will be another directory that ends in .default.  Click into that directory.

4. Find the Prefs.js file and right click on it then choose OPEN WITH and use textedit or textpad or some notepad editor. 

5. Scroll down to the bottom of that file and you will find this below:

6. Make sure your print.print_printer is set to the exact name of your TSP100 printer as shown in your System Preferences.

7. Make sure print.print_scaling is " 2.80" (note the space before the 2 inside the quotes).

8. Save this file

9. Restart the Register and it should be working now.
