Importing customers into ShopKeep.com can be done using a .csv file. You must let us know you want imports turned on for you by emailing support@shopkeep.com.
You can use the .csv or .xls template files below to create a customer import file. If you use excel to create your customer import, when you are done editing, save the file as a csv file.

Template Files
One of these these template files will help you get started. For large files the excel template will probably be the best one to use. Just remember to save the file as a csv file when you are done editing. However if you feel comfortable working with the csv file format you can use that template as well. Always be sure to load your final csv file into a spreadsheet program to check it over and make sure all columns line up correctly with the headings.
